Meet the Team

Chad Peterman is the President and CEO of Peterman Brothers. Since taking the reins in 2015, Chad’s work has been met with acclaim from within his industry and earned him national recognition.

In 1986, Chad’s father started Peterman Heating, Cooling & Plumbing in Beech Grove, IN. When Chad joined his father in 2011, the business had grown from a one-man operation to 21 employees and annual revenues of around $4 million. Today, Chad and his brother have taken their father’s business to the next level. Peterman Brothers now has over 550 employees across ten locations in the Midwest. Headquartered in Indianapolis, IN, the company is an industry leader with revenues of over $120 million dollars. The source of their success is no secret—Chad believes that in order to thrive, leaders must focus on their greatest asset: their team.

A testament to what Chad and his brother have accomplished, Peterman Brothers has been named to Indianapolis Business Journal’s Fast 25 in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. In 2022, Chad was listed on the Top 40 Under 40 by ACHR News.

Chadis the author of two books, You Can’t Stop the Growth and The Empowerment Project. He also is spreading his message of employee development on his podcast, Can’t Stop the Growth.

Chad grew up on the southside of Indy and attended Roncalli High School. Chad hold an MBA from the University of Indianapolis and an undergraduate degree from Wabash College. Chad lives in downtown Indianapolis with his wife Emily and their two children, Blake and Julian.

Chris Yano is the CEO of RYNO Strategic Solutions, the leading digital marketing company for the home services industry since 2008. RYNO, originally called Brickyard Marketing, originated in Indianapolis in 2007. He is also the host of the popular To The Point Home Services Podcast. Chris is an experienced business owner, investor and philanthropist with a heart for the trades. He’s done hundreds of keynotes, breakouts and webinars on successful digital marketing best practices to help home services & improvement companies grow during his tenure.

Chris was born in Crawfordsville, IN where he attended Southmont High School & Indiana State University. He is married to his wife of 20 years, Anna Yano (RYNO COO) and has 4 children, Kaycee, Berkeley, Mason & Fallon Yano.

Bill Elliott was with Author Solutions from 2009 - 2023, where he ended his tenure as CEO. He has held multiple roles within finance and operations at both the Bloomington, Indiana, and Cebu, Philippines, offices. Prior to Author Solutions, Bill worked at CB Richard Ellis.

Bill holds an MBA from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University and an undergraduate degree in Political Science from DePauw University. Bill now lives in Carmel, IN with his family.

Kelly Hipskind is a passionate, loyal and ethical servant leader who as described by Dr. Eugene White, Superintendent of Indianapolis Public Schools, is “industrious in all he does.” Kelly’s senior leadership experience in large corporations as well as multiple early stage ventures, demonstrates Kelly’s ability to work well with small and large teams and small and large customer bases. Kelly’s proven track record of building teams that develop different products and services, across different industries, with national success, has been repeatedly proven and also highlights Kelly’s ability to creatively and strategically adapt to the needs of most any company and client he serves.

As the son and player of a head varsity basketball coach and Division II scholarshipped athlete, Kelly is bullish on values, work ethic and teamwork. Kelly is married to Carla of 14 years and they have four children - Michaella, Cecilia, Agnes and Zeke. They are members of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church and live in Carmel, IN.
